Anything at all, to team@nextmoveslab.com. It reaches Bojan, who built this and runs his own days on it. A human answers, usually him, usually the same day.
There is no ticket queue and no chat bot to get past. This is a one-person company building for one-person companies, which is the whole point.
Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. A screenshot helps when it is something you can see. Nothing formal is needed, and there is no template to fill in.
If the engine handed you a strange pick, say which one and what you expected. Those go straight into the work, because a bad pick is the failure that matters most here.
Something is missing
Say so. Every reply gets read, and the roadmap comes mostly from them. If the answer is no, you will get a reason rather than silence.
Your account and your data
Everything you have ever put in can be exported from Settings, in one click, as a single file. Deleting your account is a button in the app, on this page when you are signed in. It happens straight away and it takes everything with it. If you would rather we did it for you, email team@nextmoveslab.com and it will be done.

While it is still in testing
Testers join in small batches, so if you are waiting on an invite it has not been forgotten. You will get one email when your spot opens, and nothing in between.
