Questions
Is there a free plan?
No. Free plans push a product toward serving the people who never pay, and here it would mean rationing the decision itself, which is the whole product. We would rather charge a fair price and spend it on making this better.
Is there a free trial?
No. A trial is a countdown, and a countdown rushes something that works best unhurried. If it is not for you, the refund is thirty days and nobody argues.
Why $9.99?
It sits under most tools in this category, because this does one job and should be priced like it does one job. It is also enough to pay for the model calls behind every decision, the hosting, and the time to keep improving it. A price that cannot cover those is a product that quietly stops getting better.
Do you run sales?
Never. No launch offer, no coupon codes, no annual discount, and no better deal if you threaten to leave. If the price ever rises you get thirty days' notice, your current period is never repriced part way through, and beta subscribers keep the rate they joined at.
Is there an annual plan?
No, monthly only. An annual discount is a bet that you will forget to cancel, and we would rather earn the next month than lock in twelve.
Are there tiers or seats?
None. Nothing is held back for a higher plan and there is nothing to upgrade to. Everyone gets the whole product.
How do I cancel?
One click, inside the app. No retention flow and no email required. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, as merchant of record, once billing goes live. They handle the card and the tax, and we never see your card details.
The full detail is in the terms and the refund policy.
